Graphics & Design Associate

Description:

The Graphics & Design position reports to the marketing director and has responsibility for the graphics and design involved in company branding efforts, print and packaging materials, digital materials, training materials, advertising efforts, social media content creation and industry show/events coordination. This position will also be responsible for supporting the graphics and design needs of our rep network. Experience with video production is a plus. This position works closely as a team with another graphics and design associate and the marketing director. The company is in a high phase of growth and operates in a fast-paced environment.

• Design, update, and coordinate all marketing and advertising activities

• Coordinate design needs for new product roll-out and ongoing product updates

• Create marketing and training presentations

• Assist with developing social media content

• Document project details in project management system

• Fulfill company video and photography needs

• Collaborate with sales and tech support/trainer roles

• Coordinate all design efforts around all industry shows/events

• Organize company conferences, meetings, trade shows, and major events

• Partner with marketing director to assist in designing all marketing materials/promotions

• Ability to work as a member of team, take direction, and be a confident self-starter

• Offer a high degree of creativity and business acumen

• Be an effective communicator demonstrated by strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

• Possess excellent organizational skills and follow up skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize

• Skilled at designing, developing, and delivering marketing projects

• Have passion, honesty, humility, integrity, empathy, a positive attitude, and a mission-driven outlook

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field

• Experience in lighting design and/or LED lighting industry knowledge is a plus

• Must have experience with Adobe Creative Suite and be proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

• Photography and videography experience preferred
