Description:
Essential Performance Requirements*
- Responsible for the development and production of original artwork for classroom instructional materials including slides and transparencies, brochures, posters, signage, and computer graphics
- Designs and develops original art work as needed
- Responsible for artwork production to include: design, layout and type specification; illustration; technical drawing; computer graphics; and preparation of signage
- Operates and maintains equipment to maintain quality control
- Manages efficient work flow
- Assists in training student personnel
- Consults with faculty and staff on work orders
- Records, bills, and electronically files jobs as completed
- Assists in training and supervision of student personnel
- Consults with clients
- Mounts, laminates, frames artwork as needed
- Assists with editing digital photos
Service Excellence*
- Attends the workplace regularly, reports to work punctually and follows a work schedule to keep up with the demands of the worksite
- Completes all required training and professional development sessions sponsored through Tarrant County College (TCC)
- Supports the values of the College: diversity, teaching excellence, student success, innovation and creativity and service to the College
