Collective Health, a company transforming the way employers and their employees engage with health benefits, is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead growth initiatives, account-based marketing (ABM), customer retention, and win-back strategies. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role is ideal for an AI-native, results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and can strategically build programs from the ground up.

The Director of Growth Marketing will own the entire marketing-influenced revenue funnel, from lead generation to retention, while partnering closely with sales, client success, and revenue operations. This role requires deep expertise in scaling B2B marketing strategies, leveraging AI-driven solutions, and managing a sophisticated marketing technology stack to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive B2B growth marketing plan targeting enterprise accounts, health plans, hospital systems, and benefits brokers.

  • Pipeline Influence: Develop and execute campaigns that support the full sales cycle, from MQLs to closed deals, including RFP stages.

  • Retention & Win-Back: Build strategies to retain current clients, proactively address at-risk accounts, and re-engage lost customers.

  • Analytics & ROI: Own growth metrics reporting, ensuring all initiatives are prioritized based on data-driven ROI analysis.

  • MarTech Management: Act as a power user of Salesforce and HubSpot while optimizing campaigns, workflows, and reporting; evaluate and integrate additional tools such as Demandbase, 6Sense, Zoominfo, Zapier, and Clay.

  • AI-Driven Execution: Utilize AI as an integral part of the team to accelerate growth, campaign optimization, and content creation.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, client success, and rev ops to ensure seamless funnel movement and alignment on goals.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of B2B growth and ABM marketing experience with measurable revenue growth achievements.

  • Proven success in enterprise marketing with long sales cycles and high-touch ABM strategies.

  • Deep knowledge of SEM, SEO, paid social (especially LinkedIn), and lifecycle email marketing.

  • AI-native mindset with hands-on experience using AI-driven solutions to drive marketing efficiency and growth.

  • Strong technical expertise with Salesforce, HubSpot, Demandbase/6Sense, and related MarTech tools.

  • Highly data-driven, able to visualize and explain metrics to executive stakeholders.

  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or benefits technology is highly preferred.

  • Hands-on executor with a relentless curiosity and experimentation mindset.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $134500 – $210000 annually (location-based variations: Lehi, UT $134500–$168000; Plano, TX $147800–$185500; San Francisco, CA $168000–$210000).
