Description:
Loris.ai is on a mission to make brands better at understanding, resolving, and anticipating the needs of their customers through world-class AI. The company is seeking an energetic, creative, and data-driven Growth Marketing Director to lead their digital marketing initiatives. The role will involve creating and managing campaigns, optimizing paid search and social campaigns, building the company’s social media presence, leveraging AI for automation, and working across teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
Own digital marketing: Create and manage campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other channels to spread the Loris message.
Optimize paid campaigns: Design, run, and optimize paid search and social campaigns to reach the right audience.
Social media engagement: Build Loris’s presence on social media and in user communities. Engage with potential prospects and influencers to create a dialog.
Automation: Use AI to automate tasks and increase efficiency in marketing processes.
Track performance: Measure campaign performance using analytics tools and improve based on insights.
Event coordination: Help plan and execute virtual and in-person events to showcase Loris to the right audience.
Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth.
Hands-on experience with paid search and social media advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, etc.
Experience with marketing automation platforms and email marketing (Hubspot or similar).
Knowledge of AI tools to automate tasks and improve workflows.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
A creative mindset and ability to understand how technical features solve industry problems.
Experience with B2B SaaS or Customer Experience is a plus.
Willingness to learn new skills and balance decision-making with seeking guidance when needed.

$75,000 – $135,000 Annual (commensurate with experience)
Hybrid (3 days in-office in New York City, 2 days remote)
