As a Guest Experience Associate, you serve as the front line of hospitality, welcoming each guest and guiding them through their Saunaday journey with warmth, care, and professionalism. This part-time role is perfect for those who are passionate about holistic wellness, thrive in guest-centered environments, and enjoy working in calm, aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and personalized welcome to guests, ensuring a seamless and comforting check-in experience.

• Offer educational guidance about sauna etiquette, wellness rituals, and house rules to help guests fully benefit from their visit.

• Address guest questions and proactively identify ways to enhance their comfort and satisfaction.

• Maintain a serene and spotless environment by assisting with light cleaning, towel restocking, and general upkeep of all guest areas.

• Support beverage service and help guests explore retail offerings, including wellness products and hydration amenities.

• Collaborate effectively with fellow associates and management to ensure consistent operations and high-quality guest experiences.

• Deep interest in wellness, holistic health, and meaningful guest interactions.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a focus on detail and cleanliness.

• Strong communicator with the ability to engage guests and teammates effectively.

• Reliable, flexible, and open to working nights and weekends.

• While previous experience in hospitality or wellness is appreciated, attitude and enthusiasm are prioritized above all.

Workplace Model:
On-site – Candidates must be located in or near the Greater Madison Area and available to work at least 12 hours per week.
