This role is crucial for maintaining a positive guest experience and involves handling guest concerns, guiding team members, and promoting restaurant features such as the McDonald’s App and Mobile Order & Pay. Responsibilities:

  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and a positive experience

  • Handle guest concerns and provide timely resolutions

  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a clean, welcoming, and friendly environment

  • Offer guidance on promotions, the McDonald’s App, and Mobile Order & Pay features
