This full-time, on-site role is a dynamic opportunity for seasoned beauty professionals to join an industry-leading organization focused on excellence, innovation, and empowerment in the beauty services sector.

As an Elite Stylist, you will provide comprehensive hair and beauty services while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will engage clients through consultations, recommend appropriate services and products, and perform a full range of professional hair and beauty treatments. Your role will be vital in supporting store performance through superior service, increased retail sales, and loyalty program engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance:

• Deliver a variety of services including hair design, coloring, treatments, styling, blowouts, keratin services, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing.

• Achieve average weekly service sales of $1900 and support overall store sales goals.

• Conduct product demonstrations and recommend retail items to enhance client experiences.

• Participate in store promotions, marketing campaigns, and special events.

• Stay informed on current trends, products, and technologies in the beauty industry.

People:

• Build strong client relationships through personalized consultations and follow-ups.

• Collaborate with skin therapists and sales teams for a holistic beauty experience.

• Actively promote Ulta’s loyalty programs and app features.

• Foster positive relationships with peers and brand partners.

• Attend mandatory training sessions for ongoing professional development.

Process:

• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols as per Ulta and state guidelines.

• Utilize booking systems efficiently to manage clientele and rebooking.

• Communicate supply needs and maintain a clean, organized workspace including salon, salesfloor, and backroom.

• Follow all company policies, dress code, and loss prevention standards.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Cosmetology License.

• Demonstrated proficiency in haircutting, coloring, styling, and other salon services.

• Strong communication and sales skills.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions:

• Frequent bending, lifting (up to 10 lbs), and physical movement

• Repetitive hand coordination for tools and equipment usage
