What We’re Looking For:

✔ 2+ years selling full-suite HCM/payroll solutions

✔ Proven success building and growing a book of business

✔ True hunter mentality — comfortable field prospecting, cold calling, networking, and driving new opportunities

✔ Experience selling directly to SMB/Mid-Market employers

✔ Competitive, polished, and relationship-driven sales professionals

Ideal Background:

• HCM/Payroll software sales experience

• Experience targeting employers in the 20-500 employee space

• Knowledge of full hire-to-retire workforce solutions
