Description:
The ideal candidate for this role will need to come from Asset Management or Investment Banking. The candidate will be responsible to bridge the gap between Sales & Marketing and the Tech side of the house.
This will report in directly to the CTO
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global digital experience strategy that aligns with broader sales and marketing and business objectives to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee the design and implementation of user-centered digital experiences, ensuring usability, accessibility, and brand consistency across all channels.
- Leverage a deep proficiency in data analytics to make sure the sales and marketing teams have what they need to generate business and meet key objectives.
- Lead the data and analytics team, overseeing the collection, analysis, and interpretation of marketing and sales data to generate actionable client and prospecting insights that foster data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital and marketing initiatives, providing updates and strategic recommendations to the CTO and senior leadership.
- Oversee the digital experience budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources, understanding dependencies and implications to achieve optimal outcomes and maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an IT leadership role supporting marketing and sales technology within the asset management or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects and driving measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and executive teams to align initiatives and outcomes with growth objectives.
