Description:

Draco Intelligence, founded by Harvard/MIT alumni, is developing Bull — the lightest AR cycling glasses (36g) co-designed with elite athletes. They seek a Head of Global Partnerships to scale outreach across elite endurance sports and strategic markets.

Role Overview:

  • Practical, high-impact role focusing on sourcing and securing early commercial partners, sponsors, and institutional adopters

  • Collaborate directly with the founder to grow Bull’s market reach and establish key strategic relationships

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact teams, athletes, coaches, and gear brands

  • Maintain CRM system and track active conversations

  • Coordinate with the founder on pitch materials, Letters of Intent (LOIs), and follow-ups

  • Help build and formalize an early adopter and sponsorship base

Compensation:

  • Paid trial project to assess fit and working style

  • Equity-based ongoing compensation depending on scope and contribution

  • Growth potential towards a titled leadership role as the company expands

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience with outbound outreach in sports, technology, or startups

  • Highly organized, self-driven, and an effective communicator

  • Preferably has existing network/contact base in wearables, endurance sports, or defense industries

  • Comfortable working independently while closely collaborating with a founder
