Gifted Healthcare, a leader in innovative healthcare staffing solutions, is seeking a sales-minded Healthcare Recruiter to join our Nurse Recruitment Division. Reporting to the Director of Recruiting, you will play an essential role in sourcing, engaging, and converting high-quality nursing talent to meet client and clinician needs. This position offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and Convert: Research potential candidates and respond promptly to inquiries to convert prospects into active applicants.

• Pre-Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.

• Candidate Evaluation: Assess, qualify, or disqualify applicants based on their suitability for available roles.

• Network Building: Develop and maintain candidate referral networks to support ongoing recruitment needs.

• Event Participation: Represent Gifted Healthcare at industry recruiting events to build visibility and relationships.

• Negotiation and Closing: Manage full-cycle recruitment, including offer extension and candidate onboarding.

• Efficient Position Filling: Work effectively to fill open nursing positions promptly and successfully.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting Travel Nurses and PRN candidates, including experience with contract staffing before and after COVID-19.

• Strong relational and interpersonal skills to build meaningful connections with candidates and clients.

• Excellent communication skills with a client- and nurse-centered approach.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team player.

• Efficient time management and multitasking skills, able to handle pressure and deadlines.

• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented, success-driven mindset.

• Active presence on LinkedIn and Facebook, skilled in social media marketing strategies to attract top talent.

• Innovative sourcing methods and knowledge of the latest nurse recruitment trends.

• Full desk recruitment experience including sourcing, submitting candidates, and managing client relationships.

• Demonstrated excellence via awards, recognition, or professional certifications in nurse recruitment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation:

• Base salary range: $50,000 to $60,000 annually (based on experience, skills, education, and qualifications).

• Uncapped commission potential allowing for significant earnings growth based on performance.
