• Conduct psychosocial evaluations and assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate transitions to the next level of care
• Provide clinical counseling/therapy when appropriate
• Promote positive client relations and maintain commitment to excellence

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy
• Current State of Florida License of Clinical Social Worker.
• 3 years related experience, including 1 year of HIV experience
• Excellent customer service and cultural humility

Skills:

• Experience working with people with HIV preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient safety and confidentiality
