Housing Supervisor

Description:

The duties of the position include a wide range of activities in support of the administration of 3,700 Housing Choice Vouchers. The Team Leader is responsible for managing the daily activities of a group of 8 housing professionals including overall performance and compliance with HUD rules. Reports to the Recertification Manager.

Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in public housing or related fields.
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Public Administration, Urban Affairs, etc.
Must obtain HCV, HQS, and Rent Calculation certifications within 1 year.
