Description:
EVERSANA, a leading global life sciences commercialization company, is seeking a People Partner to join its Memphis, TN warehouse facilities. This role will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, including employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, compliance, onboarding/offboarding, and workers' compensation.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Collaborate with the Director of HR and Business Unit leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals.
✔ Provide support and guidance on Total Rewards programs, including base pay, variable pay, and benefits.
✔ Act as the primary HR contact for employee inquiries in both English and Spanish.
✔ Implement process improvements for HR operations and workforce management.
✔ Ensure compliance with federal and local employment laws.
✔ Partner with third parties (e.g., workers' compensation providers) and internal departments (e.g., payroll team).
✅ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
✅ 5+ years of HR experience, including employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration.
✅ Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
✅ Experience in HRIS platforms such as UltiPro, UKG, or Workday (preferred).
✅ Bilingual (English & Spanish) for written and verbal communication.
✅ Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
✔ Previous HR experience in a 3PL warehouse environment.
✔ Professional HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
