Description:
Acrisure, a global fintech leader, is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to support operations and placement in the West region. The HRBP serves as a proactive liaison between HR and the business, providing strategic guidance, facilitating talent management, and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational performance. This role requires business acumen, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor and change agent, ensuring HR strategies align with organizational goals and support a high-performance culture. They will work closely with leadership to integrate strategic, structural, technological, and people-oriented changes, facilitating smooth transitions and fostering an inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify talent opportunities and challenges; align HR strategies with business needs.
Inform HR priorities and evaluate demand for HR solutions.
Partner on hiring, onboarding, development, and advancement of team members.
Provide guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation, and issue resolution.
Facilitate change management and cultural integration processes.
Retain key talent by recommending retention strategies, compensation adjustments, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with Compensation team to ensure fair and competitive pay.
Develop high-potential employees and succession planning strategies.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Implement performance management systems and provide ongoing feedback.
Maintain open communication channels and transparency with employees.
Act as steward of HR policies and procedures, ensuring effective HR data and services.
Provide coaching and support to leaders navigating organizational change.
Enable collaboration within HR and across the organization to drive results.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years progressive HR experience with geographically distributed teams.
1+ year experience supporting customer experience functions.
Knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational behavior.
Experience with workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
Proven ability to influence, build relationships, and communicate across multiple organizational levels.
Experience managing complex employee relations and driving change.
Preferred: SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification; experience in Finance or Insurance; familiarity with Workday; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
