Description:

We’re seeking a Human Resources Partner (HRP) to support a portfolio of virtual schools across the U.S. This fully remote role serves as a strategic advisor and central point of contact for school leaders and staff, providing expert guidance in workforce planning, employee relations, leadership coaching, and HR strategy.

What You’ll Do Strategic Partnerships

  • Build strong relationships with school leaders to anticipate and support HR needs
  • Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement initiatives aligned with company goals
  • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements
  • Partner with training teams to assess and deploy development programs

Employee Relations

  • Advise managers and staff on conflict resolution, communication, and performance issues
  • Coordinate with legal counsel and school boards on employment-related matters
  • Monitor turnover and satisfaction metrics, and implement retention strategies
  • Manage performance assessment programs and disciplinary procedures

Leadership Coaching

  • Support leadership development through data-driven action plans
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to school leaders
  • Drive succession planning and talent development initiatives

Workforce Planning

  • Assist with staffing and promotion strategies during budget cycles
  • Create job descriptions and manage position changes
  • Participate in recruitment efforts, including interviews and candidate evaluations
  • Ensure effective HR communications across teams

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–2 years of HR experience in the above areas
  • Degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field
  • Strong technical and software skills
  • High emotional intelligence and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
