Description:
We’re seeking a Human Resources Partner (HRP) to support a portfolio of virtual schools across the U.S. This fully remote role serves as a strategic advisor and central point of contact for school leaders and staff, providing expert guidance in workforce planning, employee relations, leadership coaching, and HR strategy.
What You’ll Do Strategic Partnerships
- Build strong relationships with school leaders to anticipate and support HR needs
- Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement initiatives aligned with company goals
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements
- Partner with training teams to assess and deploy development programs
Employee Relations
- Advise managers and staff on conflict resolution, communication, and performance issues
- Coordinate with legal counsel and school boards on employment-related matters
- Monitor turnover and satisfaction metrics, and implement retention strategies
- Manage performance assessment programs and disciplinary procedures
Leadership Coaching
- Support leadership development through data-driven action plans
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to school leaders
- Drive succession planning and talent development initiatives
Workforce Planning
- Assist with staffing and promotion strategies during budget cycles
- Create job descriptions and manage position changes
- Participate in recruitment efforts, including interviews and candidate evaluations
- Ensure effective HR communications across teams
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years of HR experience in the above areas
- Degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field
- Strong technical and software skills
- High emotional intelligence and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
