Description:

Essential Functions

  • Coordinates the new hire process including processing of pay analysis, forms, offer letters, backgrounds and gathering data for recruitment metrics.
  • Implements on-boarding, corporate housing, relocation and employee recognition programs.
  • Participates in the implementation of policy changes and updates.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leave, discipline, disputes and investigations.
  • Handles employment related inquiries from applicants, employees and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate HR staff.
  • Attends and participates in employee disciplinary actions, terminations, and investigations.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in HR, talent management, and employment law.
