Description:

Minnodi LLC is seeking a passionate HR / Recruiting Associate to drive talent acquisition across our Staffing, IT, Engineering, Consulting, and Workforce Training practices. This is an onsite position in Frederick, MD, with some occasional local travel for recruitment events, client interactions, or training coordination.

The ideal candidate will not only excel in technical recruiting but will also serve as a key coordinator for Minnodis professional training programs, helping us connect talent with opportunities that drive both client success and workforce development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and consulting roles across IT, Engineering, and Workforce Training domains.

Source, engage, and assess top talent for both staffing assignments and long-term client engagements.

Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand requirements across technology projects, engineering solutions, and training programs.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Workforce Training experts, consultants, and technical specialists.

Ensure a positive candidate experience, from outreach through final placement and onboarding.

Leverage ATS, sourcing platforms, and professional networks (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals) to identify and attract top talent.

Promote Minnodis employer brand by highlighting our mission of staffing excellence, technology leadership, and workforce empowerment.

Provide coordination support for Minnodis training initiatives by scheduling, communicating with trainers, and ensuring seamless execution of training programs.

Qualifications

Prior experience as a Technical Recruiter in staffing, consulting, or professional services.

Strong track record of hiring for IT, Engineering, and Workforce Training roles.

Familiarity with industry-specific recruitment trends in technology, consulting, and training.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Professional, self-motivated, and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Flexibility to travel locally as needed (preferred candidates will reside within 20-30 miles of Frederick,
