PSE's HR Operations is looking for an individual to join our team in a senior role and bring exceptional HR technical skills and passion for consultation and process enablement to optimize our employees' experience. Our team is highly capable, energized and collaborative, and rallies to do excellent work and have fun doing it. The HR Information Systems (HRIS) Administrator manages and directs the design and configuration of functionality, security roles, tables, workflow and business rules, ensuring data integrity, usefulness of critical people data, and creation of standard work, policies and procedures around HRIS maintenance and application. In addition to the technical aspects of HRIS, they also serve as a capable and credible business consultant to both HR and management (internal customers) to ensure the HR technology is meeting current and future business needs.

 


This position is part of a work team that has a hybrid work environment with mostly remote schedules and onsite/in office workshops periodically.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead on specific HRIS functionality, namely SAP SuccessFactors recruiting, onboarding and workforce metrics strategy.
  • Primary administrator for configuration, testing, role security, integrations, education and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with HR business leads to regularly evaluate organizational needs relative to our HR systems; ensure the HR systems meeting need within its capabilities; manage the design of improvements; execute or coordinate resources for modifications in the design when appropriate.
  • Leads the sustainment planning for HR technology including the release (upgrades) planning, consulting with businesses to ensure applications meet their current and future needs.
  • Ensure data integrity standards through automation, set up of preventative controls, data audits and working with the business for corrections.
  • Partners with business and IT partners in sustainment of documentation including system architecture, program and business process flows, security role maintenance, and other documents needed to clarify and preserve system knowledge.
  • Liaison with system vendors and internal IT team to troubleshoot system issues and performance issues, and ensure system stability.
  • Leads the strategy for enabling reporting and dashboards for business leaders.
  • Partner with HR colleagues to develop, implement or refine processes, standards and workflows that maximize efficiency and data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base and understanding of trends in technology and standards of practice relevant to the management of the HR system.
  • Provides direction and training for HRIS analysts and specialists, training coordinators and other system users.
  • Performs other duties as assigned including liaison, subject matter expertise on related business technology such as MS Teams, SharePoint, websites, etc. in support of the team as a whole.
