Hse Advisor

Description:

𝗗𝗿𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support the construction of a large-scale eFuels production facility in Reeves County, Texas.

This role is critical in ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient execution of all construction activities. The Lead HSE Specialist will:
• Oversee the site-specific HSE management plan
• Lead daily safety briefings, toolbox talks, and inspections
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, and Texas environmental compliance
• Manage contractor HSE performance and enforce corrective actions
• Lead incident investigations and emergency preparedness
• Promote a proactive safety culture across all site teams

𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 2025–2027 (construction through mechanical completion)

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
✔ 10+ years of HSE experience in large-scale industrial/energy projects
✔ 5+ years in lead/site supervisory roles
✔ Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and Texas environmental requirements
✔ Expertise in high-risk construction (lifts, excavation, electrical, confined space)
✔ MUST be eligible to work in the United States.
