Description:
ð——ð—¿ð—®ð—¸ð—² ð—šð—¿ð—¼ð˜‚ð—½ is seeking an experienced HSE Commissioning Specialist to support the startup and commissioning of a large-scale eFuels production facility in Reeves County, Texas.
This role is critical to ensuring a safe, compliant transition from construction to operations. Responsibilities include:
• Reviewing commissioning/startup plans & risk assessments
• Leading HAZOP/HAZID reviews and integrating findings
• Monitoring environmental compliance (air, water, emissions, waste)
• Delivering HSE training for commissioning personnel
• Auditing contractor compliance and conducting inspections
• Supporting emergency response planning specific to commissioning risks
• Ensuring documentation, validation, and lessons learned before handover
ð——ð˜‚ð—¿ð—®ð˜ð—¶ð—¼ð—»: Through facility startup in 2027
ð—¤ð˜‚ð—®ð—¹ð—¶ð—³ð—¶ð—°ð—®ð˜ð—¶ð—¼ð—»ð˜€: 8–15 years of HSE experience on large energy/process projects (commissioning preferred), strong OSHA/EPA/Texas knowledge, and experience with hydrogen, COâ‚‚, or high-pressure systems. MUST be eligible to work in the United States.
