This position is responsible for the performance of a variety of independent professional and technical HR duties involving application assessment, selection and placement. This individual is responsible for placement functions for positions in Store Operations to include requisitions for ILSC (part-time sales associates) and Full-time Store vacancies and positions in Central Office and field offices. Responsibilities include:

• Communication with bureau directors, division chiefs, section supervisors and field offices regarding the most effective strategies for filling a position and ensuring managers are aware of timeframes and anticipated results.
• Provide interpretations, assistance, advice, guidance, and direction to supervisors and managers on Merit System Employee Regulations, bargaining unit agreement requirements, Equal Employment Opportunity policies, and Agency policies governing placement actions.
• Create the requisition, exam plan, posting on NEOGOV and referral lists for all internal postings. Independently evaluates internal applications for external experience to qualify candidates for eligibility and MET requirements.
• Complete and submit the requisition for external postings to include job posting form. Reviews postings created by Talent Acquisition for external postings before they are posted live on employment.pa. Reviews the candidate pool and create the rule-of-three for District Offices/Program Area supervisors for external postings.
