Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential candidates via job boards, social media, professional networks, and outreach tools to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews to ensure an efficient recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate engagement through follow-up communication and timely responses to queries.
- Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration for new hires.
- Contribute to research on industry trends, HR strategies, and recruitment innovations.
- Engage potential business partners and external stakeholders to explore collaboration opportunities and build long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in HR and organizational development.
- Self-driven with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, global, and remote work environment.
