Director, Human Resources

The Role

The HR Director will deliver HR business partner services and lead compensation, recruitment, manager enablement, diversity, training, and organizational development initiatives in support of the business priorities.

As a member of Workplace Investing's HR Business Partner team, you will collaborate and partner with Senior Business Leaders to deliver solutions and programs supporting our human capital strategies. Key areas of focus include management and leadership effectiveness, compensation, workforce planning, career/performance management coaching and successful execution against business strategies & goals.

 

The HR Team supports a broad range of business functions including Agile Product & Marketing Domains, Agile Enablement, Strategy & Planning, Finance, Contracts and Compliance Partners. This role will provide direct support to an L2 Leader and their teams.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 10+ years HR related experience, along with strong business acumen
  • Actively listens to the needs and concerns of business leaders and functional partners and can develop strategic recommendations/solutions.
  • Able to build relationships and navigate across business units and functions
  • The skill to influence others, create and maintain working relationships, and deliver results and/or expertise in a professional manner.
  • You can work as part of a program team to drive long term strategic outcomes, owning pieces of work and follow-up items throughout.
  • You are confident in partnering with leaders at all levels, challenging and influencing difficult issues and strategic decisions, as well as providing sophisticated solutions to complex issues in an ambiguous environment.
  • You have the ability to deliver high quality, fast paced service and strong capability in organizational change, engagement and communication tools and techniques for impacting the workplace atmosphere.
  • You are a proactive problem solver and have demonstrated independence, autonomy and accountability when driving your work.
  • You have an analytical approach, are comfortable with data analysis tools, and possess an ability tell a story using data in consultation with leadership
  • Excel at interpreting data, recognizing trends and themes, and advising with the business using measures and results
  • Outstanding communication, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
