Human Resources Generalist

Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to oversee the recruitment process and address staff-related issues. Responsibilities include working with recruitment agencies, posting job openings, organizing training sessions, tracking hours, and managing payroll and employee relations. The HR Supervisor should be able to balance multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.

A successful HR Supervisor will have extensive HR experience, a strong knowledge of labor laws, and familiarity with company procedures. Excellent administrative and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to engage with staff at all levels. An exceptional HR Supervisor should be proactive, observant, and able to manage both day-to-day operations and broader strategic goals.

HR Generalist Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews, recruit, and vet new staff.
• Organize training sessions for new hires and ongoing workshops for current employees.
• Support managers with staffing needs.
• Address employee performance, training, and career development issues.
• Handle administrative tasks and ensure accurate paperwork processing.
• Advise staff on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

HR Generalist Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Relevant HR experience.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ethical standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management tools.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
