Human Resources Generalist

 

Description:

HR Search Co. is offering a growth opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist or Coordinator interested in advancing toward an HR Business Partner role. The position is full-time, on-site in Denver, CO. The HR Generalist will be responsible for key HR operational duties including onboarding, terminations, payroll assistance, and ensuring policy compliance. This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills to support managers with their human resource needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee weekly onboarding process for new hires.

  • Develop and manage new hire orientation and employee termination processes.

  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration, including data entry tasks.

  • Support employee relations efforts.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal compliance.

  • Build strong partnerships with company managers to address HR needs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
