  • Develop and implement internal policies and procedures that support consistency, legal compliance, and cultural integrity
  • Oversee recruitment for key departments including logistics, customer service, technical support, and administration
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date HR documentation such as performance reviews, corrective actions, and training records
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company-wide culture-building activities
  • Drive improvements through the implementation of HR technologies, automation, and streamlined workflows

  • HRIS experience
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance, with experience managing multi-state regulations
  • Proven ability to build trust and credibility at all levels of an organization
  • Strong experience resolving employee relations issues and guiding corrective action processes
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently
