Human Resources Manager

Description:

As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and administering HR programs across compensation, benefits, performance management, compliance, training & development, and employee relations. You’ll be the go-to partner for employees and managers, helping foster a positive, compliant, and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Oversee performance review process for assigned groups
✅ Handle employment-related inquiries from candidates & employees
✅ Support HR initiatives and reinforce company policies
✅ Manage onboarding, orientation, and employee files
✅ Monitor timekeeping, PTO requests, and attendance reports
✅ Ensure compliance with training and labor regulations

What We’re Looking For
✔️ 5+ years of HR experience
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
✔️ Strong knowledge of employment laws & compliance
✔️ Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
✔️ Ability to travel within SoCal (up to 20%)
