HR / Office Assistant

Location: West Windsor, NJ 08550 (Onsite, 5 days/week)

We are looking for an HR / Office Assistant with 2–3 years of experience to support HR and administrative functions and manage front desk operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • HR and administrative support (filing, printing, documentation)
  • Immigration and state/federal tax-related admin tasks
  • Vendor coordination
  • Front desk management (calls, visitors)
  • Office errands (post office, bank, etc.)
  • Travel arrangements (flights, hotels)

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of HR/Admin experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite full-time
