Description:
This position is located in the Bureau of International Security & Nonproliferation, Office of the Executive Director, Human Resources Division (ISN/EX/HR). The Human Resources Division is responsible for providing consultative advice and services in the areas of recruitment, position classification, position management, and employee and labor-management relations.

Duties
Analyzes and resolves broad, complex, controversial and high priority recruitment issues requiring extreme care in problem resolution
Advises management on long term recruitment strategies to best attract and retain a skilled and diverse workforce.
Prepares recruitment requests and information for job opportunity announcement.
Conducts technical reviews to ensure performance plans, progress reviews, and summary ratings comply with policies and procedures.
Maintains liaison with departmental human resources and payroll personnel on matters relating to staffing, employee relations, benefits, position classification, and pay benefits.

Qualifications

Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position.
