Influx Search, partnering with a global leader in water infrastructure optimisation, is seeking a Hydraulic Modeller to join their Strategic Support Team. This role involves working closely with customers in the water industry to deliver innovative hydraulic modelling and optimisation solutions using cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with customers to solve complex water infrastructure challenges.

• Develop and refine hydraulic models for clean and wastewater networks using advanced industry tools such as EPANET, WaterGEMS, InfoWorks WS Pro.

• Support sales teams by providing technical insights and preparing project quotes.

• Provide detailed feedback to software development teams to enhance product functionality and capabilities.

• Manage and align customer expectations to ensure delivery of tangible value from solutions.

• Travel occasionally, including international trips, to engage directly with clients.

• Deliver training sessions to help customers maximize benefits from advanced hydraulic modelling software.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong technical expertise in hydraulic modelling for water distribution and wastewater networks.

• Proficient with GIS software like ESRI ArcGIS or QGIS.

• Proactive and independent, taking ownership of projects and driving initiatives.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and global teams effectively.

• Willingness and ability to learn continuously and adapt in a fast-evolving environment.

• Bonus skills include experience with data science, AI/ML applications, or programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.
