Description:

We are looking for an experienced UKG Implementation & Migration Consultant with strong expertise in UKG Pro WFM / Workforce Central. This role involves leading end-to-end implementation and migration activities, ensuring seamless workforce management solutions for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end UKG implementation and migration projects
  • Configure and support Timekeeping and Accruals modules
  • Manage data migration, validation, and cutover activities
  • Work with migration tools such as Paragon and Navigator
  • Develop and customize reports using BIRT
  • Utilize UKG APIs for integrations, data extraction, and troubleshooting
  • Support testing phases (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and go-live activities
  • Collaborate with business users, payroll teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Contribute to solution design, requirement gathering, and production support
  • Leverage UKG Bryte AI and Data Hub for analytics, automation, and insights

 

Qualifications

 

  • 8+ years of experience in UKG (Kronos) implementation and migration

 

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in Timekeeping and Accruals configuration
  • Hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM / Workforce Central
  • Experience with data migration strategies and tools (Paragon, Navigator)
  • Knowledge of BIRT reporting and UKG APIs
  • Familiarity with UKG Bryte AI and Data Hub
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
