We are looking for an experienced UKG Implementation & Migration Consultant with strong expertise in UKG Pro WFM / Workforce Central. This role involves leading end-to-end implementation and migration activities, ensuring seamless workforce management solutions for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UKG implementation and migration projects
- Configure and support Timekeeping and Accruals modules
- Manage data migration, validation, and cutover activities
- Work with migration tools such as Paragon and Navigator
- Develop and customize reports using BIRT
- Utilize UKG APIs for integrations, data extraction, and troubleshooting
- Support testing phases (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and go-live activities
- Collaborate with business users, payroll teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Contribute to solution design, requirement gathering, and production support
- Leverage UKG Bryte AI and Data Hub for analytics, automation, and insights
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in UKG (Kronos) implementation and migration
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Timekeeping and Accruals configuration
- Hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM / Workforce Central
- Experience with data migration strategies and tools (Paragon, Navigator)
- Knowledge of BIRT reporting and UKG APIs
- Familiarity with UKG Bryte AI and Data Hub
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
