**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in freight sales or logistics.
  • Strong understanding of the freight/transportation industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
