NeckCare, a rapidly growing leader in neck rehabilitation technology, is seeking ambitious and results-driven Independent Sales Representatives to join its expanding sales team across Florida. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated sales professionals eager to transition into the medical device and healthcare technology sector. With a proven, in-demand product already trusted by hundreds of clinics nationwide, you’ll represent a brand that’s transforming how chiropractors assess, treat, and track patient recovery.
The position is designed for self-starters with a strong background in door-to-door, field, or B2B sales who thrive in high-activity environments and are ready to take ownership of their territory. You’ll be responsible for developing relationships with chiropractic clinics, demonstrating the NeckCare system, and closing deals that directly improve patient outcomes while driving revenue growth for clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and engage with chiropractors and clinic owners in assigned territories (Orlando and Tampa).
Present and demonstrate the NeckCare System, showcasing how it enhances patient rehabilitation outcomes and increases clinic profitability.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with medical practices to ensure repeat business and sustained success.
Execute a high-activity sales strategy, including in-person meetings, product demos, and follow-ups.
Independently manage sales activities while utilizing company-provided marketing tools and training resources.
Close new accounts, drive sales growth, and achieve or exceed territory goals.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven success in outside, door-to-door, or field sales (e.g., solar, roofing, pest control, alarms, or B2B).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage business owners confidently.
Highly self-motivated and persistent, with excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships with professionals in clinical settings.
Driven by results and long-term business development rather than short-term transactional sales.
Residency in or near Orlando or Tampa, Florida (required).
