Responsibilities

Conduct contextual inquiries in cath labs and simulations.
Convert insights into UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design systems.
Establish design systems and CMF strategies.
Create parametric/surface CAD with Class-A surfacing.
Produce renderings, animations, and communication assets.
Build and evaluate prototypes; support usability studies.
Prepare production-ready CAD and specifications; collaborate during DFM/DFA.
Operate within R&D phase-gate or agile frameworks.
Represent the voice of the customer in cross-functional decisions.
Identify innovation opportunities in human factors and design.

Requirements

Bachelor's in Industrial Design (or Product Design/HCI with strong physical design portfolio).
2+ years integrating industrial design and UX/UI for physical-digital products.
Demonstrated UX/UI capability (flows, wireframes, prototypes, visual systems).
Rendering and visualization mastery.
Experience handing off designs to manufacturing partners.
Portfolio showing form development, CMF, UX/UI execution, and research-to-design traceability.
Ability to lead human factors activities and usability assessments.
Fluent in English; travel up to 20% (domestic/international).
