💼 Job Overview:

We're looking for a highly motivated Influencer Marketing Specialist who can identify, connect, and manage influencers across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter (X). Your role will focus on driving user acquisition and brand awareness in key markets like the USA, Bangladesh, India, and other high-potential regions.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Research and build a list of suitable influencers aligned with our brand
• Reach out, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships
• Coordinate campaigns and track influencer performance (e.g., installs, impressions, engagement)
• Work with our team to align messaging, visuals, and goals
• Report analytics and suggest ways to improve results

✅ Requirements:

Proven experience in influencer marketing or digital PR

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Understanding of digital marketing KPIs (CTR, conversions, ROI, etc.)

Experience with influencer marketing tools is a plus (e.g., Upfluence, BuzzSumo, HypeAuditor)

Fluent in English (bonus for Bengali, Hindi, or other regional languages)
