Description:

Maintains district-wide responsibility for testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation. implementation, maintenance, and management of networked systems used for the transmission of information in data, voice and./or video format.

  • Ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, networks, and data through the planning, analysis, development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of information systems security programs, policies, procedures, and tools.
  • Plans, designs, develops, tests, implements and manages internet, intranet, and extranet activities, including technical management of websites.
  • Plans. creates and coordinates litigation support services (including trial preparation and presentation) in response to customer needs.
  • Provides customer support services including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, customer assistance, and training in response to user requirements.
  • Within parameters of component-wide guidance and directives, performs IT planning and policy activities focusing on USAO needs and requirements.
