Infusion Technician

Job Title: Boston Whaler - Infusion Specialist (Infusion Technician - Laminator)

Experience & Qualifications:

• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, overhead hoists

• Able to work in non-climate-controlled, noisy environment

• Able to work 10-hour shifts standing, bending, lifting

• Flexible to work overtime (planned/unplanned)

• Strong attention to detail

• Able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as respirators, gloves, aprons, chemical suits

• Follow all safety and quality standards

• Dependable and reliable prior work experience

• Ability to work well in teams and follow verbal/written instructions

• Skills in fiberglass and resin preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, toxic chemicals

• Moderate noise levels in work environment

• Frequent standing, bending, lifting

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Occasional overtime, including irregular hours and weekends

• Shift differentials available for night/weekend shifts

Compensation:

• Hourly wage range: $17.50 to $24.30

• Actual pay depends on skills, experience, business needs, location

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Install flow media, vacuum, feed lines, bagging material

• Prepare molds for lamination and infusion process

• Work with resins, fiberglass, adhesives

• Operate and maintain infusion pump

• Laminate fiberglass layers by hand, roller, brush

• Apply bonding and structural stiffening materials per blueprints

• Debag and prep for secondary bonding

• Troubleshoot infusion process errors and leaks

• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards
