Inside Sales Representative

Description:

Indelco Plastics Corporation, part of Quality Stainless and Flow Control Group (FCG), is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow customer relationships while providing exceptional sales support. This role operates on-site in St Louis Park, MN, and focuses on maintaining customer satisfaction, processing orders, and supporting the sales process for plastic and specialty alloy products across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate product availability to customers via phone or in-person at Will Call Desk.

• Process orders: order entry, pricing verification, applying discounts, printing, and routing orders to warehouse personnel.

• Handle bids: enter bids, verify pricing, communicate with customers, and follow up on bid status.

• Process returns: issue RGA numbers, enter return orders, calculate restock charges, and coordinate return paperwork.

• Address customer inquiries regarding billing, shipping, discounts, and account information, collaborating with outside sales personnel as needed.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Office Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

• One-year certificate from college or technical school, or 3–6 months of related experience/training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experience in the plastics industry preferred.

• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

• Ability to perform essential sales and administrative duties effectively.
