Inside Sales Specialist

 

Description:

The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for working directly with customers and prospects to answer inbound calls, web leads, emails and live chats. They will also perform outbound calls and emails to potential customers to qualify them as sales leads for our offerings.

Essential Functions
 

  • Answer phones and digital leads
  • Enter data into CRM and follow up with sales
  • Research leads to provide thorough data to sales
  • Cold call potential and current customers to help set appointments for Account Executives
  • Confidence working in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
     

Work Environment
 

  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
     

Physical Demands
 

  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
     

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
 

  • Full time, Monday through Friday, typically 8am – 5pm
     

Required Education And Experience
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, business, marketing or related field
     

Preferred Education And Experience
 

  • 2-3 years experience in similar sales role
