Installation Sales Manager

Scientific Search is hiring a remote Installation Sales Manager to lead and grow installation-driven construction projects across the United States. This is a travel-intensive role offering the opportunity to become a key strategic connector between customer needs and successful project execution.

As an Installation Construction Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and coordinating with internal technical and estimating teams to deliver customized and effective solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales plans and forecasts focused on installation services.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.

• Collaborate with estimating and technical teams to shape tailored project proposals.

• Manage customer feedback, project RFIs (Request for Information), and follow-ups.

• Attend customer site walk-throughs, trade shows, and client meetings.

• Maintain accurate and updated CRM data, including appointments, quotes, and project tracking.

• Analyze market insights, industry trends, and competitor data to drive positioning.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).

• Strong familiarity with the RFQ process, construction contracts, and project workflows.

• Willingness and availability to travel approximately 70% of the time.

• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

• Industry knowledge and experience in sectors served by installation contracting.
