Installation Supervisor

Description:

The Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) is responsible for driving sales in the prestige cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance categories. The role involves engaging guests to understand their needs, providing personalized product recommendations, performing demonstrations, and maintaining store standards. PBAs support the Sales Manager by contributing to performance, guest service, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, retail shrink, and omni-channel performance

• Provide exceptional guest service, including greeting, engaging, personalizing recommendations, and sharing promotions

• Perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations

• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously

• Support in-store events and appointment bookings

• Maintain product knowledge of trends, ingredients, and benefits

• Participate in training for prestige and iconic brands

• Uphold Ulta Beauty’s dress code and policies

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards across prestige areas

• Ensure testers are properly maintained

• Assist with resets, planograms, marketing displays, inventory procedures, and shipment processing

• Promote loyalty programs including credit and mobile app enrollment

• Follow loss prevention and asset protection practices

• Perform assigned operational tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma preferred

• Cosmetology, esthetician, or demonstrator’s license where required by state law

• 1 year of relevant experience preferred

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

• Ability to work independently and within a team

Additional Requirements:

• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
