Description:
Are you an experienced, process-driven insurance professional looking for part-time, remote work? The Youngblood Group is seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our team and help support our home, auto, and small business insurance clients.
๐ About You:
- 2+ years experience in a personal/commercial lines client service assistant role
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRMs, and AMS systems
- Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently
- Strong phone and email communication skills
- Experience with Agency Zoom and Momentum (NowCerts) is a plus
๐งพ What You'll Be Doing:
- Answering incoming calls and returning voicemails/emails promptly
- Coordinating with insurance carriers to resolve client issues
- Handling all client service requests, including:
- Billing questions
- Claims status/follow-up
- ID cards, Certificates of Insurance (COIs) & Mortgagee changes
- Running quotes for home & auto policies
- Tracking and documenting interactions in our CRM and AMS
- Light marketing support & social media management
๐ Schedule & Compensation:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 10AM to 2PM Central Time
- 10–15 hours/week
- $20/hour to start
