Insurance Client Service Assistant

 

Description:

Are you an experienced, process-driven insurance professional looking for part-time, remote work? The Youngblood Group is seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our team and help support our home, auto, and small business insurance clients.

๐Ÿ” About You:

  • 2+ years experience in a personal/commercial lines client service assistant role
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRMs, and AMS systems
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently
  • Strong phone and email communication skills
  • Experience with Agency Zoom and Momentum (NowCerts) is a plus

๐Ÿงพ What You'll Be Doing:

  • Answering incoming calls and returning voicemails/emails promptly
  • Coordinating with insurance carriers to resolve client issues
  • Handling all client service requests, including:
  • Billing questions
  • Claims status/follow-up
  • ID cards, Certificates of Insurance (COIs) & Mortgagee changes
  • Running quotes for home & auto policies
  • Tracking and documenting interactions in our CRM and AMS
  • Light marketing support & social media management

๐Ÿ•’ Schedule & Compensation:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 10AM to 2PM Central Time
  • 10–15 hours/week
  • $20/hour to start
