Sell life and health insurance products to clients using virtual platforms
Utilize agency-provided, pre-qualified leads — no cold calling required
Set and execute clear sales and development goals
Serve clients with integrity and professionalism
Participate in leadership development to grow your own agency, if desired

Requirements:
Life and Health Insurance License (preferred, not mandatory to apply)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and driven
Proven background in leadership, business development, or team management is a plus
Commitment to high ethical standards and client service
