As an Insurance Service Agent, you will play a vital role in supporting policyholders, providing expert guidance on coverages, processing transactions, and delivering personalized service via phone, web, and chat. This remote opportunity allows you to be part of a mission-driven organization dedicated to customer care, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality support to policyholders by explaining coverage details, conducting policy reviews, and offering insurance quotes for existing policies.
Process underwriting transactions within authority limits.
Communicate directly with policyholders through multiple channels (phone, web, chat) to ensure simple, positive, and personalized experiences.
Deliver timely resolutions while collaborating with other agents to achieve team and organizational goals.
Participate in continuous training, development, and company culture-building activities.
Training & Schedule:
Next training start date: November 17, 2025. Training will be instructor-led and virtual, combined with on-the-job learning.
Work schedule: 40 hours per week within operational hours (24/7 service).
Default post-training shift: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM local time, including weekends.
Employees receive one weekday and one weekend day off (not always consecutive).
Must be flexible to meet business needs.
Shift differentials and bilingual pay available for qualifying employees.
