Description:
- The Intake Reconciliation Analyst is responsible for resolving discrepancies in their assigned division of billing systems. The Intake Reconciliation Analyst is expected to perform regular audits on assigned clients to ensure all records have been processed for billing.
Essential Functions And Tasks

- Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements in current practices
- Create and distribute weekly reports to enable accurate and timely processing for billing
- Prepare monthly scorecards and reports for senior management and external clients
- Participate in projects relating to the results of the reconciliation to ensure timely processing which include accessing EMR/Charge capture systems to process and review records.
- Lead coordination and communication of reconciliation results
- Document any identified gaps in reconciliation procedures and work with the team leaders and managers to find resolution
- Other duties as assigned.
Education And Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic level knowledge of SQL.
- One year in data analysis.
- One year in medical billing, preferred.

- Touch-typing skills, 40 wpm required, 50 wpm preferred.

- Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
