involving HCM and Financial integrations. This is a pivotal role for someone with 3–5 years of experience and a deep understanding of Workday Studio and integration best practices.

You'll join a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your leadership and technical skills will have immediate impact across critical workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build robust Workday HCM integrations, including Studio, Core Connectors, and EIBs
• Act as a technical lead across integration deliverables, working closely with stakeholders
• Support end-to-end lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Assist in cross-functional integrations touching Finance (nice to have)
• Maintain integration documentation and ensure alignment with security/data standards

Essential Requirements:

• 3–5 years of Workday integrations experience, ideally including Studio
• Strong grasp of HCM integration architecture; Finance exposure is a plus
• Studio certification preferred (Integrations is a must)
• Confident leading small teams and acting as a subject matter expert
• Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Must be U.S.-based and available to engage as a 1099 contractor
