As part of its Strategy and Transformation team, CoreWeave is hiring an Integrations Engineer focused on People Systems. This role is integral to developing and maintaining integrations between the company’s core HR, Finance, and Security systems, including platforms like Workday, Greenhouse, Okta, and Workato.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure integrations across internal platforms including Workday, Greenhouse, and Okta.

• Utilize Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, EIBs, and RaaS to develop seamless connections.

• Automate workflows related to onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, payroll, and benefits.

• Ensure high accuracy and compliance during HR data transfers using formats such as XML, XSLT, JSON, REST, and SOAP.

• Collaborate with IT and Security for identity and access management integrations.

• Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement customized integration logic.

• Monitor integration jobs, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data integrity across systems.

• Document processes and uphold SLA standards and best practices in integration management.

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience integrating enterprise HR/People systems.

• Strong expertise in Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, EIBs, and Greenhouse integration.

• Proficient in identity management platforms like Okta.

• Familiarity with Workato or similar integration tools.

• Solid understanding of HR lifecycle processes: onboarding, benefits, payroll, compliance.

• Skilled in multiple data protocols such as REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON.

• Strong communication and documentation capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with automation between HR, IT, and Security systems.

• Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, and ERP platforms.

• Exposure to GenAI and automation technologies.

• Background in fast-paced, high-growth, or cloud-native environments.
