Manage and oversee fund administration activities, ensuring all processes comply with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Assist in the preparation and management of fundraising reports, providing accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
Conduct quality assurance checks on data housed within the Limited Partner (LP) Portal, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Perform thorough data checking and manage document postings within internal and external systems.
Review and interpret the specific terms in Simple Agreements for Future Equity (SAFE), focusing on post-money valuation caps and ensuring accurate conversion of SAFEs into equity.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics)
Advanced degree (MBA, MSF, or MST) or certification (CPA or CFA) is preferred
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in venture capital/private equity and complex financial reporting
Strong Excel (VLOOKUP & pivot tables) skills
Team player with a strong focus on getting the job done within established strict timeframes
