Interim Imaging Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Interim Radiology Director to oversee the daily operations of a busy hospital-based imaging department in Stockton, California. This is a full-time contract position with immediate start and competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Provide leadership and operational oversight to radiology services including CT, MRI, X-ray, Ultrasound, and Nuclear Medicine
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (TJC, CMS, CDPH)
• Manage departmental staffing, budgeting, and strategic planning
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and optimize workflow
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and hospital leadership to ensure high standards of patient care
   

Qualifications
 

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in hospital radiology services
• ARRT certification (or equivalent) required
• Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred
• Strong knowledge of imaging modalities, hospital operations, and compliance standards
• Previous interim or travel leadership experience preferred
